Things I wish I knew before I tried it

The hotel caters well to families with clean, spacious rooms equipped with microwaves and fridges. The hot tub and pool area are enjoyable. The staff is good and always willing to help. Breakfast isn't included, which can be disappointing for some.

Relaxing unit with 2 double beds instead of a queen. Great and convenient location, 5-minute stroll to the subway. Walking distance to several stores and shops across the street.

I had real good stay, the place is modern and quiet!

The queen room I got was included with balcony as well as 2 double beds instead of a queen. A microwave oven and refrigerators were a plus...

The indoor pool was closed. but the outdoor courtyard was a lovely spot to unwind. I really appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave to heat up leftovers after long hours. The staff were also super friendly!

When the power went down Ron made sure to take care of each and every last customer.

No buffet styled breakfast.

Fairly clean perfect hotel, excellent staff and excellent location on a hill. Location just next door to Newark or beyond, and Basking Ridge. A wide array of food options at walking distance from the venue...

Great stay, friendly staff!

The staff were super friendly and helped out a lot. The location was easy, right off the highway. Breakfast was delicious, but the hot tub was kinda cold, a bummer. A solid choice for families!

It was exactly as expected. Chosen to be near some relations we wanted to visit, it provided a clean and pleasant place to stay.

There were two things I didn't like, neither the fault of the hotel. Firstly, it is devoid of public transport: a rental car is essential. Secondly, we had problems with our mobile phones and the price of the hotel phone is crazy. Only use it if the world is ending!

During my city break, i stayed in basking ridge and was kinda surprised by the courtyard. The staff was friendly and were great too. The breakfast choices were just what i needed to kickstart my day.

The location is great and comfortable, 2 miles from Pleasant Valley Park. The hotel is in the rural zone.

The staff provided excellent service . The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The pool area was a great spot for relaxation. The room was comfortable with great amenities. A nice experience.

Decent room with a nice kitchenette. The pool area felt a bit neglected, and the hot tub barely worked. Bike rental available for exploring the area.

The friendly front desk staff made check-in smooth, and they recognized my Elite membership. The breakfast offered decent options but felt a bit overpriced for what I received. The location of the hotel is convenient, just off the main road, but I noticed issues with parking, especially during events. One evening, there was a long wait at the bistro due to a wedding crowd, frustrating. Some of the common areas appeared recently updated, but my room felt outdated and could use a refresh. I appreciated the cleanliness overall, though there were minor maintenance issues in the bathroom that needed attention. Despite the drawbacks, I found my stay comfortable and would consider returning for business.
